A referral service, not a contractor

Pagosa Springs Water Damage Pros is a referral service. It connects property owners with independent water damage and flood restoration companies. It is not a contractor, does not perform restoration, mitigation, mold, plumbing, roofing or construction work, does not inspect property, and does not adjust, negotiate or handle insurance claims.

Free and no obligation

The service is free to property owners. Requesting quotes creates no obligation to hire anyone. Participating companies may pay the site operator on a flat per-request basis to receive requests. That payment does not depend on whether you hire a company or how much you pay one.

Independent companies

Companies that contact you are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of this site. They are solely responsible for their estimates, contracts, work, licensing, permits, insurance and conduct. We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any company or its work. Check credentials yourself before you sign, as explained on our FAQ.

Not a government program

This site is not a government program, a disaster recovery center or an application for disaster assistance. Using it does not register you with FEMA, the SBA, Archuleta County, the Town of Pagosa Springs or any agency. For official information, go to those agencies directly.
